タイのプーケット南沖約20kmに位置しているラチャ諸島のラチャ島（ラヤ島）。
「Koh Racha Yai | ラチャヤイ」と「Koh Racha Noi | ラチャノイ」の２つの島から成る離島です。
大きな島の方を「ラチャヤイ島（大きな王様の島）」、小さな島の方を「ラチャノイ島（小さな王様の島）」
「ラチャ島」または「ラヤ島」とも呼ばれています。

It’s about a 40-minute speedboat ride from Phuket, Thailand!
Located about 20 km south of Phuket, the Racha Islands consist of Racha Island (Raya Island).
This archipelago includes two islands: “Koh Racha Yai” and “Koh Racha Noi”.
The larger of the two is called “Racha Yai Island” (the island of the great king), and the smaller is called “Racha Noi Island” (the island of the small king), both of which are also referred to as “Racha Island” or “Raya Island.”

Racha Noi Island, the smaller island, is an uninhabited island located at the southernmost point from Phuket.
It features small white sandy beaches in almost jungle-like settings, called “Pirates Beach” or “Pilates Beach,” resembling a beautiful small island that looks like it came straight out of a movie.
Since there are no accommodations or commercial facilities, it is often visited as a day trip.
It is an ideal place for those who want to escape the crowds of tourists and experience the beautiful sea and abundant marine life.

Phuket is just a 30-40 minute speedboat ride away from Racha Island (Raya Island), a popular nearby island that’s easy to visit.
The clear waters and fine white sand beaches are the most beautiful in the Phuket area.

プーケットから最南端にある離島。海の向こう側はタイから抜けだしマレーシアです♡
ラチャヤイ島から１０km離れたところにある無人島です。
（ラチャヤイ島からはスピードボートで約２０分ほど行ったところにあります。）
ラチャヤイ周辺には深いダイビングポイントがあり、行く際は必然的にポイントへ連れて行ってくれます。
ラチャノイベイの特徴
- 自然の美しさ：白砂のビーチとターコイズブルーの海が広がるラチャノイベイは、リラックスするのに最適な場所です。ビーチ自体は静かで、人混みが少ないため、プライベート感を味わえます。

This is the southernmost remote island from Phuket.
Across the sea, you leave Thailand and reach Malaysia.
It is an uninhabited island located 10 km from Racha Yai Island.
(It takes about 20 minutes by speedboat from Racha Yai Island.)

周辺に波を邪魔するものがないため、大きくゆったりとした波を体感できます。

対岸の小島には、干潮時には海の中から砂の道が現れ歩いてくことができ、砂の道を歩いて対岸へ行ったり、海で泳いで渡ったりと楽しめます。

みんな岩の上ギリギリに立って撮影を楽しんでました。私はこわすぎてこれが限界。
Everyone enjoys taking photos standing right on the edge of the rocks. I couldn’t get that close due to fear.
Hill Climbing｜丘登り
なんと自力で岩山をビキニで登る！
展望の丘の上には、ここを登らなくてはいけません。
途中、簡単に施された木造りの階段もありますがほぼ作られた道ではなく、数人が通った形跡のある崖道。
かなり険しいので小さなお子様、体力のない方、高齢の方は登るのをおすすめしません。
Climb the rocky mountain on your own, even in a bikini!
To reach the hilltop observation deck, you have to climb this path.
There are some simple wooden steps along the way, but it’s mostly an unmade cliff path with traces of only a few people passing through.
It is quite steep, so it is not recommended for young children, those without stamina, or the elderly.

海の青さは「ラチャノイブルー」と言われとても美し海色です♡
ラチャノイ島は、プーケット周辺のダイビングポイントの中でも抜群の透明度を誇り、ダイビングポイントや海状況によってマンタにも遭遇できることも有名です。
The blue of the sea is called “Racha Noi Blue” and is incredibly beautiful.
Racha Noi Island is renowned for its exceptional water clarity among the diving spots around Phuket.
Depending on the diving point and sea conditions, you might even encounter manta rays.
美しいサンゴ礁、ソフトコーラル、マンタ、カメ（タイマイ）、カクレクマノミ、ウミウシなどのマクロがさまざま。トロピカルなお魚さん達は、アンダマン海の固有種 コラーレバタフライフィッシュ、スカンクアネモネフィッシュ、インディアンダッシラス、インディアンバガボンドバタフライフィッシュなど、ここアンダマン海でしか見れない生き物たちにも出逢えます。
You can find beautiful coral reefs, soft corals, manta rays, turtles (hawksbill turtles), clownfish, nudibranchs, and various macro life forms. Tropical fish unique to the Andaman Sea, such as corallivore butterflyfish, skunk anemonefish, Indian Dascyllus, and Indian Vagabond butterflyfish, can also be seen here.
ラチャ島（ラヤ島）｜おすすめの時期
季節に関わらず年間を通してダイビングやシュノーケリングができます。
・おすすめの時期：乾季（１２月〜４月頃）天候は安定。波がとても穏やかで海の透明度も高い。
・雨季（５月～１０月）島の東側
・乾季（１１月～４月）は島の西側
雨季の時期：モンスーン（季節風）の影響で波が荒くなり、１日に何度もスコールが降るため海の透明度が落ちます。
ラチャヤイ島ツアーでは、乾季は「パトックビーチ」や「サイアムビーチ」、雨季は「タービーチ」に訪れることが多い。

Racha Island (Raya Island) | Recommended Season:
Year-round Diving and Snorkeling
- Dry Season (December to April): The weather is stable, the waves are very calm, and the sea has high transparency.
- Rainy Season (May to October): The eastern side of the island.
- Dry Season (November to April): The western side of the island.
Rainy Season:
Due to the influence of the monsoon (seasonal winds), the waves become rough, and heavy downpours occur multiple times a day, reducing the sea’s transparency.
During the Racha Yai Island tours, visitors often go to “Patok Beach” and “Siam Beach” in the dry season, while in the rainy season, “Ter Beach” is a more common destination.
The points and beaches visited vary depending on the season.

岩場や珊瑚でできたビーチではマリンシューズが必須アイテム！ 私のはピンクのラインが入ったマリンシューズです♪ 砂場のビーチではサンダルですが、海に入る際はこちらに履き替えます。自分の足を守るだけでなく、沖縄のサンゴ礁を傷つけない為にも履くようにしましょう！
At rocky or coral beaches, marine shoes are a must-have item! Mine has pink stripes on them. While sandals are fine on sandy beaches, I switch to these shoes when entering the sea. Not only do they protect my feet, but they also help preserve Okinawa’s coral reefs by avoiding any damage.

せっかくならシュノーケルをして綺麗な珊瑚とお魚に出会いましょう。塩水は目に入るととても痛いので海を入る際はマスクが必須です。マスクは曇り止めをしてこまめにして状態を良くしておきましょう。
Why not enjoy snorkeling to encounter beautiful corals and fish? Since saltwater in the eyes can be quite painful, wearing a mask is essential when entering the sea. Keep the mask defogged regularly to ensure clear visibility.

立ち泳ぎだけでは物足りないならフィンをつけて泳いでみて♪深い海でも浅い海でも、フィンがあればスムーズに潜ることができます。初心者にも嬉しい美しい珊瑚やお魚に簡単に触れることができます。
If you find just treading water isn’t enough excitement, try swimming with fins! Whether in deep or shallow waters, fins allow for smooth diving. You can easily explore and interact with beautiful corals and fish.
帰国当日にダイビングは控えてね！
ダイビング終了後、体内の窒素が抜けるまで標高の高い所へはいかないで下さい。
最低18時間・推奨24時間は飛行機への搭乗はできません。
Please avoid diving on the day of your return. After finishing a dive, do not go to high altitudes until the nitrogen in your body has been released. It is recommended to wait at least 18 hours, preferably 24 hours, before boarding a flight.

Located on the west side of Phuket Island, which is renowned as one of the world’s top resort destinations, you can experience clear waters and a tropical monsoon climate with 77% of the island covered in mountainous terrain and lush jungle.
The bustling Patong Beach, the busiest beach on the island, offers unique Thai entertainment and shopping experiences. Additionally, the Old Town, known as Phuket Town, features a retro streetscape characterized by Sino-Portuguese-style townhouses, making it a popular photogenic spot that attracts many tourists.
