ドリームビーチ
レンボンガン島で最も有名な「ドリームビーチ」。白砂と青い海のコントラストが美しく、ビーチを見下ろすブランコは絶好の撮影スポット。波が高めなので浅瀬で遊ぶのがオススメです。

ポートエリアの建物は新しくシンプルです。複数の会社がスピードボートを運航し、各社ホテル送迎付きプランもあり。利用するフェリー会社のチケットカウンターへ行きでリストバンドを受け取ってから、ポートエリア入口へ向かいましょう。繁忙期には混み合うことがあるので、チケットは事前購入がオススメ！チケットカウンターはポートエリアの外にあります。港建物周辺はフェリー会社や駐車場、お店などが立ち並び、非常に混雑しています。

Several companies operate speedboats. Some offer round-trip hotel transfers. The area around the port is lined with ferry operators and shops, and ticket counters are often crowded. First, go to your ferry operator’s counter to get your wristband, then head to the entrance of the port building. Buy tickets in advance, especially during peak seasons!
Ticket counters are outside the port area. Parking is hectic and time-consuming. You might get lost among the shops and cafes, so be alert. The port building is fairly new, clean, and simple.

バイクで島巡り
レンボンガン島は、小さな島ながらも多くの観光スポットが点在。徒歩で巡るのは難しく一般的なタクシーもないため、個人で訪れる場合は移動手段の確保が必須です。宿泊先やツアーまたは船着き場でバイクやサイクルのレンタルがるので手配してください。荷台に座席を設けた軽トラックのチャーターもあるそうですが、道路環境の不安や軽トラの価格交渉などを踏まえると、ツアーに参加しガイドさんと一緒にバイク移動がおすすめです。（荷物付きで３人乗れます）。

Getting Around by Scooter Lembongan is a small island packed with sightseeing spots. Walking around is difficult, and there are no standard taxis. Secure a mode of transport — scooters or bicycles are available for rent at resorts and ports. You can also charter pickup trucks with seats, but due to road conditions and price negotiations, we recommend joining a tour and riding with a local guide. (You can ride with up to three people plus luggage.)
Pasir Beach｜パシルビーチ
真っ白な白砂にヤシの木とパラソルが絵になるように配置された静かで美しい「パシルビーチ」。プライベートビーチのようで正面にはホテルがあり、お隣には公園となってました。波は高くなく、広い範囲に真っ白な砂が広がり、島の美しさを物語ってます。海ブランコやビーチソファがたくさん用意され、のんびり過ごすのがおすすめです。マングローブの森へ行く道中にあります。

Skindiving | Snorkeling & Diving | シュノーケリング & ダイビング
透明度の高いレンボンガン島の海は、シュノーケリングやダイビングに最適。シュノーケルツアーはバリ島発でも申し込め、日帰り旅でも十分に楽しめます。マングローブ林のポートから出発し、GTポイント、ウォールポイント、少し離れたところにはマンタに遭遇できるポイントもあります。今回、長い時間水中に潜っていたのに、水中カメラが故障し（涙）潜った海を撮影できなかったのが残念。水深６mほど潜りサンゴ礁まで行けば沢山の綺麗なお魚さんに出会えます。

The clear waters around Lembongan are perfect for snorkeling and diving. Many tours can be booked from Bali for day trips. Starting from the mangrove port, explore GT Point, Wall Point, and spots with manta rays. I spent a long time underwater, but unfortunately, my underwater camera broke (tears), so I couldn’t capture the amazing sights. At around 6m deep, you’ll find coral reefs and plenty of colorful fish.

Bridge Yellow Port｜イエローブリッジ
レンボンガン島のシンボルにもなりつつある有名な吊り橋「イエローブリッジ」。
この吊り橋は、レンボンガン島と隣にある小さな島チュニンガン島を繋ぐ橋となっており、チュニンガン島に行くにはこの吊り橋を渡って行きます。夜はライトアップされるのでまた違う景色を楽しめますよ。
★注意 道幅は狭く、車は通れません。バイクは２台すれ違うのはなんとかできそうですが、1台が橋を渡りきるまで待つのが良さそうです。歩いて渡る方も多いのでぶつからないよう気をつけてくださいね。※「橋は壊れてます」の標識があるので、スピードは出さずゆっくり走行してください。

Yellow Bridge The famous suspension bridge that has become the symbol of Lembongan Island. It connects Lembongan and the small neighboring island of Ceningan. At night, it’s beautifully lit.
★Note: The bridge is narrow — no cars allowed. Motorbikes may have to wait and cross one by one. Walkers and bikers must be cautious not to collide. ※There’s a “Bridge is damaged” sign — ride slowly.
Ser Breeze Cafe Cenigan | シーブリーズカフェチェニガン
チュニンガン島の海とレンボンガン島を見渡せる「レストランランチ」。ここではインドネシア料理もいただけます。ビーチレストランならではの可愛らしさが詰まった店内に、プールも併設。プール前にはいくつかブランコもあり、手作り感も感じる内装です。干潮時のため海から陸が見え、満潮時には海を眺めてのインフィニティプールも楽しめます。

Lunch at Sea Breeze Cafe Ceningan Lunch overlooking the seas of Ceningan and Lembongan. The beachside cafe serves Indonesian food, has a charming interior, and even a pool. There are swings in front of the pool, and the hand-crafted design adds to the charm. During low tide, you can see the seabed; at high tide, the view from the infinity pool is stunning.

Devil’s Tears｜デビルズ・ティアーズ
レンボンガン島の南西に位置する断崖絶壁の「デビルズ・ティアーズ（Devil’s Tears）」。
冒険心と好奇心をくすぐる、レンボンガン島 “秘境”のスポットです♪魔物が棲む絶景スポット 「デビルズ・ティアーズ = 悪魔の涙」と呼ばれていますが、実際のところは謎で、ただ、ここの景色は来る人、見る人を魅了すること間違いなし！切り立った崖に荒波が押し寄せ、轟音と共に岩場に打ち付ける大迫力の波しぶきが見れます。波は、白い水しぶきとなって空高く舞い上がり、時には、10メートル以上も吹き上がることもあります。周りには遊歩道がありサンセットポイントとしても人気。
また、天気ぐ良ければ向かいのバリ島ジンバランにある、ガルーダの巨大像のシルエットを見ることもできますよ。

Devil’s Tears Located on the southwest cliffs of Lembongan Island, Devil’s Tears is a thrilling, mysterious spot. Legend calls it the Devil’s Tears, but its origin remains unknown. Still, its scenery mesmerizes all who visit. Waves crash loudly against sharp cliffs, sending sprays over 10 meters into the air. There’s a walking path and it’s a popular sunset point. On clear days, you might even spot Bali’s giant Garuda statue in Jimbaran.
恐ろしいほどの大迫力な波しぶきが人気。風が強い時はしぶきに飲み込まれそうになるためか、ここでは柵が張られてます。危険なので崖からは離れて見てください。

Blue Lagoon Nusa Ceningan｜ブルーラグーン
さて、ここでレンボンガン島と黄色い橋イエローブリッジで繋ぐ小さい島の「ヌサ・チェニンガン」までやってきました。ここまで探索するにしても1日でOKですね♡ヌサ・チェニンガンでも有名な絶景スポットに出会えます。
ヌサ・チェニンガン島へ渡ったら、島の西側に小さく看板が出てくる「ブルーラグーン」。
驚くほどの水色の海が美しく、撮影スポットとして大人気。あまりの美しさと迫力に木に登って撮影する方もいて、今回私はドローン撮影をしました♪崖の端からの海の息を呑むようなパノラマビューと、手つかずの自然の美しさが組み合わさった見事なスポット。宿泊の方は日没時の撮影もおすすめです。
※クリフジャンプを行っている人もいます。危険なのでプロしかできません。経験者の方はそんな楽しみ方もあります。

Blue Lagoon Nusa Ceningan Cross the Yellow Bridge and you’ll reach Nusa Ceningan, a small island you can fully explore in a day ♡ On the island’s west side is a small sign pointing to the Blue Lagoon. The unbelievable blue of the sea is a popular photo spot. Some even climb trees to get the best shot — I chose to fly a drone this time ♪ The panoramic view from the cliffs is breathtaking, with untouched nature all around. If you’re staying overnight, sunset photos here are a must. ※Some people cliff jump here — this is only for experienced professionals!

この小さなヌサ・セニンガンには、他にも素晴らしいビーチやビーチクラブ、レストランと滞在先としても人気。
スポットの海沿いにある素敵なヴィラ「ル・パイレーツ」は、滞在できる小屋（1〜2人用のプライベート「ビーチボックス」と、2段ベッド4台の客室）がいくつかあり、すべて可愛い色合いの作りとなってます。ここでは、おいしいお料理が楽しめるレストランに小さなプールがあるので女の子同士で行くのもおすすめ。インスタ映えするということでも大人気です。

Ceningan is also known for beautiful beaches, beach clubs, restaurants, and accommodations. One lovely oceanfront villa, “Le Pirate,” offers cute little huts (beach boxes for 1–2 people and dorms with 4 bunk beds). It has a delicious restaurant and a small pool — perfect for a girls’ getaway. It’s also a hit on Instagram.
Dream Beach｜ドリームビーチ
最後に、レンボンガン島で人気の３ビーチ「ジュングバトゥビーチ」「サンディ・ベイ・ビーチ」「ドリームビーチ」の、中でも知名度が高いと言われているのがここ「ドリームビーチ」です。
こじんまりとしている可愛らしいビーチにも関わらず、白い砂浜とコバルトブルーの美しい海が広がり、レンボンガン島を代表する有名スポットです。ビーチの入り口にはビーチを見下ろしながらのブランコがあり、絶好の写真映えスポットです。

Dream Beach Lastly, among Lembongan’s top three beaches — Jungut Batu Beach, Sandy Bay Beach, and Dream Beach — Dream Beach is arguably the most famous. Despite its small size, its cobalt sea and white sands make it the iconic beach of Lembongan. There’s a swing at the entrance overlooking the beach — a prime photo spot.
ビーチ入り口にある、ブランコで撮影（フォトスポット）したら、その横から、これでもかってくらい一段一段が高い石階段を降りて（帰り、登れるの？って不安になるくらい急です。）砂浜へ辿り着きます。
※このビーチはライフガードなど常駐していないので、海に入る際は、自己責任です。注意して遊んでください。
ドリームビーチの魅力といえば、夢のようなビッグウェーブと言われ、ゴオオオという轟音を響かせ、白い泡がシュワシュワと吹き出し、とめどなく波が押し寄せるダイナミックさです。この「ビッグ・ウェーブ」は、無理に抵抗すると波に攫わせていくので、抵抗するより波に揺られながら注意して泳いでくださいね。また、夕日の時間ではサンセッスポットとなり、サンセット・ショーを眺めることもおすすめです。ビーチにはよく観光地で見るような「DREAM」というカラフルな文字が飾られ、ベンチやパラソルも完備。周りにはビーチハウスやカフェがあるので、海で泳ぐが目的でないという人でもビーチハウスのプールで楽しむことも可能。海を一望するカフェのテラスから景色を楽しんだり、2段になったインフィニティプールなどもあります。
After taking a photo at the swing, descend steep stone stairs to the beach (so steep you’ll wonder if you can climb back!). ※No lifeguards here, so swim at your own risk. Dream Beach’s appeal lies in its dynamic big waves that thunder with a “Goooo” and create foamy splashes. Resist less, ride the waves carefully. At sunset, it becomes a perfect viewing spot. The beach also has colorful “DREAM” letters, benches, umbrellas, beach houses, and cafes. Even if you don’t swim, the beach house pools and terrace cafés offer great views.

ジュングバトゥビーチ
レンボンガン島観光の拠点にもなるビーチ。島を訪れるボートの大半がこのビーチに到着し、宿泊施設も周囲に多くあります。周辺の施設やビーチでスタンドアップパドルボード（SUP）など楽しめます。
サンディ・ベイ・ビーチ
このビーチは別名「サンセットビーチ」と呼ばれることもあり、サンセットが大変美しいビーチ。静かな雰囲気でゆったりと過ごせるビーチです。すぐ近くには「サンディ・ベイ・ビーチクラブ」という人気のビーチクラブがあり、食事やお酒を楽しめます。海に負けないくらい美しいインフィニティプールも！ ぜひビーチクラブにも立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

レンボンガン島近辺の海域 バドゥン海峡 （Badung Strait）
数えきれないほどの種類のサンゴや熱帯魚た色とりどりの夢のような世界。
バリのサヌールからバドゥン海峡を挟んだ約15キロ南東沖に、トリオ諸島の「レンボガン島」「チュニガン島」「ペニダ島」が浮かんでいます。バリ島とヌサペニダ島との間の海峡は長さは約60km、幅は約20km。1942年2月、バリ島沖海戦でアメリカ合衆国の護衛空母「バドエン・ストレイト」が存在し、この海峡にちなんで名づけられています。また、インドネシアで最良の場所とし、海洋水産相は水保全地域（ＫＫＰ）に認定。海には296種類の珊瑚と576種類の魚がいるとされ、その中の5種類はここで発見されてます。
◼︎シュノーケリングをする水深は4～5M前後です。
レンボンガン島の海は、とにかくサンゴが多く綺麗なところで、深い場所ではなく、水深が1ｍしかない浅い場所はサンゴにフィンがあたりサンゴが折れて死んでしまいます。 さらに、足がサンゴの中に入り込んだり、当たるだけですぐに切れてしまいます。そして切れた部分は、サンゴの毒によりかゆく治りにくいため、危険なので注意してね。
◼︎サンゴ礁や魚の種類は豊富。
カクレクマノミをはじめ、ナポレオンフィッシュ、ウミガメ、マンタ、マンボウ、イルカなど、さまざまな海の生物を見ることができます。

Marine Life｜Ocean Creatures
■ Surrounding waters: Badung Strait A dreamlike underwater world with countless coral and tropical fish species. Located about 15km southeast of Sanur, the islands of Lembongan, Ceningan, and Penida float in the Badung Strait, which is about 60km long and 20km wide. Named after the WWII US escort carrier “USS Badoeng Strait.” Now a marine protected area (KKP), it’s one of Indonesia’s top ocean sites, home to 296 coral and 576 fish species — 5 of which were discovered here.
■ Snorkeling Depth: Around 4–5 meters Shallow areas with only 1m depth are especially rich in coral, but fragile. Touching them with fins or feet can break or kill coral and cause injuries. Coral cuts are poisonous and

レンボンガン島とペニダ島のこの海域で見ることのできるマンタ。巨大なマンタが沢山泳いでいることで知られています。

Butterflyfish｜チョウチョウウオ
沢山のサンゴ礁に群れているのは、鮮やかな色のチョウチョウウオにナポレオンフィッシュやカクレクマノミ。他にもハマクマノミ、セグロチョウチョウウオ、ツノダシ、デバスズメダイ、ブダイ、セナスジベラなど沢山のお魚に出会えます。

SUNFISH(Mola Mola)｜マンボウ
マンボウシーズン：８月〜９月
レンボンガン島の周りでは遭遇する機会が多く、最も魅力的な海のプリマドンナと言われる珍しい巨大マンボウ、別名モラモラの遊び場となっています。
Peak season is August–September. This rare giant fish is considered the sea’s hidden gem.
Dolphin｜イルカ
誰もが一度は一緒に泳ぎたいイルカさん。近年ここでもイルカとホエールウォッチングが楽しめるプランがあり、ツアーに参加してポイントにいくこともできます。運の良い時にはたくさんの群れに出会えます。
Swimming with dolphins is a dream. Tours offer dolphin and whale watching. You may even see entire pods!

観光客は基本、島内の移動は自転車かバイクですが、ここバリでも国際免許がないとバイクも車同様レンタルできないので、バイクを運転してくれるガイドさんと回るのがおすすめです。レンボンガン島ツアーには必ずチェニガン島もセットになっています。２つの島の絶景スポットとアクティビティを楽しめるよう、目的に合わせてガイドさんとツアーを組むのがいいでしょう。今回私は、ドローンスポットをお願いしたコースとなります。

時間を気にすることなく自由にのんびり個人で訪れたい♪という方は、スピードボート乗船チケットや車（バイク）は、事前に予約が必要です。
事前予約：観光客の多さから、当日や直前だと取れない場合があるので日程が決まったらすぐに予約してね。
早朝便：観光シーズン中は混雑するので、早朝便を利用するのがおすすめです。
どちらもオンラインや現地で直接購入可能です。
ガイド付きツアーでも個人旅行でも、レンボンガン島はすべての旅行者に忘れられない体験を提供してくれます。
ドリフトシュノーケリング
レンボンガン島の周りはバリ島随一のダイビングスポットがあるので有名ですが、中でも潮流が速く、潮に流されながら潜るドリフトダイビングができることも魅力です。これは、泳ぐことをせず潮の流れに乗って簡単に楽しむスタイルのシュノーケリング。泳ぎが苦手な方や初めての方、幅広い年代ができるため非常に人気です。現地のシュノーケル時間は、約45分間とゆっくり楽しむことができ、また、浮き輪やライフジャケットもあるので安心して楽しめます。潮の流れでどんどん進んじゃうとあっという間に終わってしまうので、焦らずゆっくりお魚やサンゴを観察してみましょう♪大物海遊魚に出会う可能性も高いと言われています。

【Island Tour｜Tours】 If you’re heading to Lembongan, a private tour with a guide is recommended. Island hopping tours also available.
■ Private Tours Tourists mainly get around the island by bike or scooter. However, in Bali, you need an international driver’s license to rent either. That’s why I recommend taking a tour with a local guide who can drive for you. Most Lembongan tours include Ceningan Island as well. At rocky or coral beaches, marine shoes are a must-have item! Mine has pink stripes on them. While sandals are fine on sandy beaches, I switch to these shoes when entering the sea. Not only do they protect my feet, but they also help preserve Okinawa’s coral reefs by avoiding any damage.

レンボンガン島の主なボート発着場所は島の中心にある「ジュングッバトゥ」「マッシュルームビーチ」、「サケナン寺院近くのビーチ」に発着場所があります。島の混み具合等によって発着場所がその日に変わるので当日確認を。行事ごととして、ガルンガンやオダランなどお祭りの日は地元の人が帰省するため船が混み合います。また、ニュピの日や海のニュピの日はその日１日レンボンガン島、チュニガン島、ヌサペニダ島での海の活動が禁じられ、サヌールからもレンボンガンからもボートが出ないので注意してください。海のニュピの日は毎年変わるため、事前にチェックしておくといいですよ！
The main boat drop-off point on Lembongan Island is Jungut Batu, located in the center of the island. There are also landing spots at Mushroom Beach and near Sakenan Temple. During holidays like Galungan or Odalan, many locals return home, so boats can be crowded. Also, on Nyepi (the Balinese Day of Silence) and Nyepi Laut (Ocean Nyepi), all marine activities are prohibited on Lembongan, Ceningan, and Penida for the entire day. No boats will operate from either Sanur or Lembongan, so make sure to check the date in advance—Nyepi Laut changes every year.

Lembongan Island, along with Ceningan Island (connected by the Yellow Bridge) and nearby Penida Island, belongs to the Lesser Sunda Islands in central Indonesia. It’s a small island with an area of around 8 km² and a population of about 5,000. Formed from coral reef, the island has limited freshwater resources, and the land is unsuitable for farming, meaning most food and drink must be imported from Bali. Due to high transportation costs, prices on Lembongan are slightly higher than on mainland Bali.
